    Brief Description : ENDEAVOUR is a computational approach to prioritizing candidate genes for further study. Users input training genes already known to be involved in the process under study and the candidate genes to prioritize. The web server now supports multiple species (i.e. human, rat, mouse) and makes use of data from various databases (i.e. ontologies, annotations, protein-protein interactions, text mining data) to generate the prioritization.
